About Tignes
Tignes forms one half of the Espace Killy alongside Val d Isère, offering over 300km of linked skiing up to 3,456m on the Grande Motte glacier. The resort is famous for reliable snow, long seasons stretching from October to May, and varied terrain that includes everything from gentle nursery areas to world-class off-piste. Tignes Le Lac sits beside a frozen lake at 2,100m, giving a unique Alpine setting. The resort has a strong freestyle tradition with a well-maintained snow park and halfpipe, and summer skiing on the glacier keeps things going year-round.
