Sommet Edelweiss

Sommet Edelweiss is a family ski area in Wakefield, in the municipality of La Pêche, in the Outaouais region of Quebec, a short drive north of Ottawa and Gatineau in the Gatineau Hills. Part of the Les Sommets group, it offers skiing and snowboarding for all levels, with two Intro-Plus learning zones and a covered magic carpet for beginners, lit trails for evening skiing, freestyle snow parks and a snow tubing park. The Snow School runs lessons and camps, and CADS Edelweiss offers adaptive skiing. The main pavilion houses rentals, a repair shop, a boutique, a cafeteria and the Easy Street resto-bar.
