Solitude Mountain Resort sits at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains. The mountain offers skiing and snowboarding from groomed runs off the Moonbeam Express to open bowls and the lift-served backcountry terrain of Honeycomb Canyon. Days begin at the Moonbeam base or in Solitude Village, with lodging, restaurants, shops, a spa and Club Solitude’s heated pool and hot tubs. The nearby Nordic & Snowshoe Center at Silver Lake offers cross-country trails and lessons.
