Mt. Bachelor

Mt. Bachelor is a ski and snowboard resort on a volcanic peak in the Cascade Range near Bend, Central Oregon. Lifts reach the summit, where skiers can descend in any direction around the cone, through open bowls and forested runs. West Village is the main base, with Sunrise Lodge as a second base area, and a Nordic Center offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Lessons, rentals, childcare and ski valet are available, and summer brings a bike park, hiking and scenic activities on the mountain.
