Grand Targhee Resort

Grand Targhee Resort lies on the western slope of the Teton Range in Alta, Wyoming, within the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, looking over Teton Valley. Its terrain spreads across Fred’s Mountain and Peaked Mountain, with hike-only in-bounds terrain on Mary’s Nipple, offering varied runs for every skier and rider, including beginner areas served by a magic carpet. Ski Hill Road ends at the resort base, where The Trap Bar & Grill, Snorkels Cafe and other dining sit beside slopeside lodging. In summer the mountain turns to biking and hiking.
