About Big Sky Resort
Big Sky Resort spreads across the slopes of Lone Mountain in southwest Montana, with skiing on several faces of the peak and terrain balanced between beginner and advanced levels, plus terrain parks. Three bases give access to the lifts: Mountain Village, the central base with hotels, dining and shops; the family-oriented Madison Base; and Montage Big Sky. The Explorer Gondola links Mountain Village to the Lone Peak Tram, which rises to Kircliff, a glass observation deck on the summit.
