During the quick registration, select your hotel from the list and it will appear on your home page alongside the ski resort, giving you easy access to all the relevant information. If you plan to use your Alto.Ski card for skiing, please register with your payment card, which will be used to pay for the lift passes you can purchase through the app, as well as other services such as ski hire and ski school.

Arriving at the hotel

When you arrive at Residence Paramount Alma

Ask for your Alto.Ski cards at reception
You may already have a ski card from last season or earlier this year — you can reuse it by selecting “Scan NFC”. If your phone doesn’t support NFC, you can activate the card using the QR code (if it’s an Alto.Ski card) or by entering the card number manually. You only need to activate a ski card once, then you can reuse it as often as you like.
Activate them in the app
(It only takes a few seconds.) Add your name and date of birth so we can apply the correct lift-pass category. You can add a photo now or later. Pull the page down to refresh and check the status shows Active. Repeat for each family member — you only need to do this once. Once everyone is active, you can purchase lift passes in the app (day or multi-day).
Choose your ski pass in the app,
select the family members you’re buying for, and check out. The lift passes load automatically onto the ski cards, so you can head straight to the lifts.
Already have a keycard / ski card from previous seasons?
In most cases, you can reuse it with Alto.Ski — just register it and activate it in the app.

Apartments are available from 15:00. Please contact reception to arrange arrival and key collection, especially if arriving late. Resort reception is normally staffed 07:30–22:00. You may arrive earlier and use the resort facilities; luggage storage can be arranged. Contact: +39 0474 710366.
Parking info
Free outdoor parking is available for resort guests. EV charging is available at Residence Paramount Alma; contact reception for activation and current charges. Please confirm any garage arrangements specifically for Paramount Alma when booking.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including residence apartments and self-catering stays. Please ask reception for the network name and connection instructions.
Transfers / Public transport
San Candido/Innichen is the nearest railway station. Complimentary station pick-up is available for resort guests by prior arrangement. Buses serve Sesto/Sexten and Moso/Moos. The South Tyrol Guest Pass is sent by email; request it before travelling if needed for arrival. Other transfers and taxis are arranged separately. The residence is opposite Family Hotel Rainer and connected by a heated tunnel.

Self-catering apartments with the option to book half board at Family Hotel Rainer, reached through the heated tunnel. Half board includes breakfast, afternoon snacks (15:00–17:00) and dinner. Alternatively, reserve individual breakfasts or dinners subject to availability and extra charges. À la carte lunch at the hotel is charged separately. Breakfast basics can also be ordered online for delivery to your apartment.
Breakfast hours
Breakfast at Family Hotel Rainer: daily 07:30–10:00. Included when half board is booked; self-catering guests can reserve breakfast separately, subject to availability and an additional charge.
Dinner hours

Exclusive to Residence Paramount Alma guests: the rooftop Hot Tub on Top, heated to approximately 37.5°C. Usual opening hours are 14:00–20:30, subject to seasonal changes. The shared 2,000 m² Dolomit Panorama Spa in Family Hotel Rainer is also included, reached via the heated tunnel. Main pool: 07:00–20:00; saunas: 14:00–20:00; family sauna hour: 14:00–15:00 with parents. Treatments cost extra. The Strata Garden Spa is reserved for Königswarte Strata guests.

Access to the shared Dolomit Panorama Spa in Family Hotel Rainer is included, also for self-catering guests. Massages, baths and beauty treatments are charged separately. See the attached spa menu and confirm current prices when booking.

Ski hire
Ski hire and storage are available at the resort by Family Hotel Rainer. Winter opening hours: daily 08:30–13:00 and 16:00–19:00; confirm current hours with the ski hire team. Ask reception for your residence’s ski storage location and help with ski passes.
Ski lessons
Sexten Ski School has an office at Family Hotel Rainer, open daily 17:00–19:00. Group courses normally run Monday–Friday, 10:00–12:30, starting in the hotel’s slope area. Local tours & events
The residence is opposite Family Hotel Rainer and connected by a heated underground tunnel. Ski slope access is through the main hotel/resort area. Guests can join shared resort activities and use the children’s facilities. Ask reception for the current programme, guided outings and family hiking or cycling routes.
