Arriving at the hotel

When you arrive at Bonapace Hotel

Ask for your Alto.Ski cards at reception: You may already have a ski card from last season or earlier this year, which you can reuse. Simply activate it in the app using Scan NFC, the QR code (for Alto.Ski cards), or by entering the card number manually. Each ski card only needs to be activated once and can then be reused as often as you like.
Activate them in the app: It only takes a few seconds. Add the skier’s name and date of birth so we can apply the correct lift-pass category. You can add a photo now or later. Pull down to refresh and check that the status shows Active. Repeat for each family member. Once everyone is active, you can go straight to the slopes.
Pay as you ski / Track live spending: Once the keycards are activated for you and the family members, you can go straight to the slopes. Skiing is tracked automatically and you’ll be charged at the end of the day at the best available rate. You can check your live spending at any time in the app, and the price list is available on the resort page.
Already have a keycard / ski card from previous seasons?: In most cases, you can reuse it with Alto.Ski – simply register and activate it in the app.

The reception is open every day from 07:30 am. to 10:00 pm.
If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with instructions for automatic check-in.

Parking info

For the rooms, we have a large private outdoor parking area for cars and motorcycles. Each apartment includes a reserved parking space. We have a paid garage, which can be booked subject to availability. In summer, we offer storage for bicycles and strollers. In winter, we also provide heated storage for skis and boots. You can also temporarily entrust us with your luggage if needed.

The intercity bus stop is about 100 meters from the hotel.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to reach the Campiglio south facilities for free, only during the winter season.

To give you more peace of mind, we have created 45-minute time slots with a limited number of people. Just remember to book your desired slot each day, preferably at breakfast time.
The pool is indoor and heated, with water temperature around 31 degrees.
Children under 12 can access the pool only if accompanied by an adult. The wellness center is accessible from 16 years and up, therefore suitable for adults only.
The Wellness Center is exclusively for hotel guests.
The pool opens every day at 10:00 am. and closes at 10:00 pm. The area with sauna and Turkish bath opens at 02:30 pm. and closes at 09:15 pm.
The pool and wellness center are free for hotel guests, while they are paid for those in the apartments. We have packages for multiple days.
The gym is free, does not require booking, and is open from 9:00 am. to 10:00 pm.
The Mini club is active for the summer season in July and August, while for the winter season from Christmas until mid-March. Opening hours are from 05:00 pm. to 10:00 pm., except on Saturdays when the service is not available. Children are admitted from 4 years onwards.

Local tours & events

The historic "White Circus" race in 2026 will have two events: January 7 and December 22. The World Cup race, along the Canalone Miramonti, will host the men's night slalom race.

The Canalone Miramonti is a skiing legend: designed in 1940 by Bruno Detassis, the "Lord of Brenta," a mountaineer, and also the director of the first ski school in Madonna di Campiglio.
A technical, challenging course, modulated by decisive changes in slope, hosted the first World Cup race in Italy in 1967. On this track, between World Cup and European Cup races, numerous 3Tre events have taken place, the historic event conceived in 1948, which became a fixed stage of the FIS World Cup calendar.

Everyone has dreamed of wearing it. It is the "Lightning Jersey," symbol of the 3Tre and a pioneering era of skiing that rewarded the most complete athlete, the best in interpreting the three historic specialties of the "White Circus": slalom, giant, and downhill.

At the end of the fifties, the winner of the 3Tre competition was awarded the "Lightning Jersey." Wearing it meant being the best. A yellow uniform, characterized by red and blue accents.
Madonna di Campiglio, in collaboration with Falconeri, has reintroduced and relaunched the "Lightning Jersey," after more than 60 years. It is a unique garment representing Italian style and the joy of triumph. An additional motivation for the slalom stars who will battle it out on the night of Miramonti, to write a new fascinating chapter in the history of 3Tre.

Many athletes have competed on the famous Canalone Miramonti. Between defeats and victories, athletes of different nationalities have left their mark in Madonna di Campiglio.
